
E-cigarette retailer Smoke came to us for an e-commerce website. We produced a striking design for a responsive site that pushes sales, showcases their products and offers a customer account area.
As the products are age restricted we provided a landing page for visitors to enter their date of birth before accessing the site. Once in visitors are greeted by familiar brands’ logos. Clicking on these brings up the relevant e-commerce storefront for the products, encouraging a quick sale.
Bestselling items are highlighted with calls-to-action. More options for visitors to refine their searches appear on the storefront pages. We provided options to search by date, price, popularity and rating. Clickable brand names limit the results to a particular manufacturer’s products.
As items are added to a customer’s basket, any applicable options for colour/type can be chosen. Customers are also able to log in to an account section to check their order progress and history.
Knowing that e-cigarettes are a growing industry, we provided a page to introduce Smoke and the trusted companies they stock. Another page details the wholesale side of the company – the site can cater for all of Smoke’s business.
There is a dedicated contact details page. We also included contact information and social media links on the header for every page. Wherever a customer is on the site they can always make a purchase or contact the firm quickly.
Smoke’s website can be viewed on any device, and will always look eye-catching and be easy to navigate. Relevant traffic is driven to Smoke by the keywords used across the site. With all the detail work done on the e-commerce site, Smoke are always ready to serve or help the new traffic finding them online.
